a. When you register or log in to WorldChat and related services, you can create an account and complete registration using your mobile phone number. Mobile phone numbers are necessary information to comply with national laws and regulations regarding online real-name registration. If you do not provide your mobile phone number for registration or login, we may not be able to provide you with features such as chatting and making friends .
b. Based on our partnership with telecommunications carriers, when you use WorldChat's "One-Click Login" feature, with your consent, we will process your mobile phone number with the carrier to facilitate quick login. If you decline this processing, you will not be able to register and log in to WorldChat using "One-Click Login." However, this will not affect your ability to register and log in through other methods, nor will it affect the normal use of other features. c. You can log in and use
WorldChat using a third-party account . With your consent, we will obtain the public information you registered on the third-party platform (profile photo, nickname, and other information you authorize) to bind it to your WorldChat account, allowing you to directly log in and use this product and related services.
d . When you actively take a photo or input a picture or voice message, we will request your authorization for camera, photo album (storage), and microphone permissions , depending on the type of information you input, as required by the function . If you decline authorization, you will not be able to take photos or input pictures or voice messages, but this will not affect your ability to use other WorldChat features.
1.2 User Feedback and Service
a. Customer Service and Issues: To facilitate contact with you, help you resolve issues as quickly as possible, or record the solutions and results of related issues, we may save your communication/call records and related content (including account information, feedback, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or the contact information you provide) .
b. When you file a complaint against someone or are the subject of a complaint, we may provide your account/identity information, contact information, and complaint details to consumer protection departments and regulatory authorities to promptly resolve complaints and disputes, unless such disclosure is expressly prohibited by laws and regulations.
1.3 Personalized Recommendations
a. Based on the information we collect, we analyze your preferences, habits, and location to create a user profile and provide you with more customized services. This may include displaying or recommending more relevant search results, information streams, or advertising/promotional information (rather than general push notifications). Personalized push notifications also include regular, non-personalized content for you to choose from, such as recommending new, relevant content or updates based on the updates you follow or the nationalities of the publishers. To this end, we collect information including your device information, log information, and browsing history.
b. When you keep the personalized recommendation switch turned on, we will collect and use your input information (including conversation content and search text) and behavioral information when using the product (including your click, search, browsing, and sharing operation records when accessing/using the product, as well as feedback on the content we generate) within the scope of your authorization and consent, as well as other information collected from this product with your authorization and provided by other partners.
c. If you do not want to receive personalized recommendations, you can choose to turn the personalized recommendation function off or on in [My - Settings - Personalized Push ]. When you choose to turn off personalized recommendations, you will no longer be shown personalized recommendations and will not be able to enjoy the personalized recommendation service, but you can still continue to browse general content not related to your preferences.

To ensure the secure operation, quality, and efficiency of our software and services, we collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifiers (Android, such as Android ID and OAID; iOS, such as IDFV and IDFA ; device unique identifiers ( IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID, GUID/IP address/SIM card MSI information/ICCID information ) ; different identifiers vary in validity period, user resetability, and acquisition methods), network device hardware address (device MAC address), IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID and BSSID), Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, service logs, and device sensor data (such as accelerometer and gyroscope).
b. To prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect information about running processes, overall page operation, usage and frequency, page crashes, overall usage, and performance data.

Please understand that as our business evolves, WorldChat 's features and services may be adjusted and modified. In principle, when new features or services are related to our current features or services, the personal information collected and used will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose.
