Cancellation Instructions


Important: Before canceling your account, please fully read, understand, and agree to the following:
Special Note: Account cancellation is irreversible. After cancellation, you will no longer be able to use your account or retrieve any content or information you created, entered, browsed, followed, added, or linked to your account (even if you register again with the same mobile phone number).
Please ensure that the unified account you are canceling is the one you personally created in accordance with the User Agreement and provided to you by us. You should cancel your account in accordance with our prescribed procedures or the instructions on our website.
Before canceling your account, you should back up all account-related information and data and confirm that all services related to your account have been properly handled. After cancellation is complete, we will delete or anonymize your personal information (unless otherwise required by law or regulations).
We deeply regret your decision to cancel your account. If you still decide to proceed with account cancellation, your account must meet the following conditions:
Please ensure that the account you are canceling is the one you personally created in accordance with the User Agreement and that you have the right to request cancellation. If your cancellation request affects the legal rights and interests of any third party, you will assume all legal responsibility.
1. The account is in a safe state:
(1) The account is in normal use and has no risk of theft, violation, or ban after the platform security check.
(2) If the account has been bound to a mobile phone, changed the bound mobile phone number, changed the password, or retrieved the password in the past 30 days, you must first pass the identity verification.
2. The account property has been settled and the transaction has been completed.
(1) The assets and expected income and rights of all related businesses under the
account have been settled, refunded, cleared or voluntarily abandoned. (2) All transactions under the account have been completed or voluntarily abandoned.
(3) The payment account bound to the account has been cancelled (if any).
3. Account permissions have been released: The account has been released from the authorized login or binding relationship with other products.
4. The account has no disputes: There are no unfinished and/or controversial services in this account and third-party products accessed through this account. The account has no outstanding disputes, including complaints or reports, infringement disputes, etc.
5. After this account is cancelled, you will not be able to log in or use this account, including but not limited to:
(1) You will no longer be able to use your account.
(2) You will not be able to retrieve any content or information that you browsed, followed, added, or bound.
(3) You will not be able to retrieve any content or information related to this account, including your account information and historical information (including account information and operation information, etc.), as well as chat records.
(4) You will not be able to retrieve other third-party service information that you used, authorized to log in, or used after binding your account through this account.
7. During the account cancellation period, if your account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to: complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, investigations by national authorities, etc., you understand and agree that the platform has the right to decide whether to terminate the cancellation of this account without your consent.
8. Cancelling this account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of this account are exempted or reduced.
